Have you ever been surprised by joy?
Over the past 9 years, as a single woman, I have thought a lot about the future and what it may or may not hold for me.
I have walked a path of healing and restoration and continually desire to listen to my intuition as I rebuild my life. I desired a simple and authentic life with a heart open to new opportunities and adventures.
I wanted to become someone that knew purpose, knew myself, and lived life with a capital “L”. (as my sister would say)
This pursuit is not an easy path, not smooth sailing, nor is it predictable. But, it is one that moves forward, continually supported. This path incorporates times of rest and replenishment, times of reflection and regrouping, a new life not characterized by fear or uncertainty.
I am on the road, now, to wholeheartedly living. There is a calm and a peace surrounding my heart and life. The buckets of joy splash upon me now and then, bringing exhilaration and an encompassing energy that propels me forward in leaps and bounds.
My desire to BECOME a woman who can dare live wholeheartedly, day by day, month by month, year by year has lead me to FINDING someone to share my heart, life and future with.
This surprise of joy has filled my heart with LOVE.
Three things will last forever-faith, hope and love-and the greatest of these is love.
